Welcome to our publications section. We produce a wide range of leaflets and publications, many of which are free of charge. We aim to add on-line ordering for our publications in the future and will also make as many of them as possible available for download. Until this is available, please write, listing the publications you require, together with any payment, to the Suffolk Coast and Heaths Unit, Dock Lane, Melton, Suffolk, IP12 1PE.

Walking Guides and Leaflets
The Stour and Orwell WalkA guide to the 42-mile walk from Felixstowe to Cattawade and Manningtree, around two of the most beautiful estuaries in East Anglia - the Rivers Orwell and Stour. Celebrated by artists, poets and writers, the estuaries are home to a huge number of plants and animals, many of which are rare. The Sandlings Walk
A 60-mile walk between the eastern fringes of Ipswich and Southwold, linking the remaining fragments of beautiful Sandlings Heath. Currently under revision. A pdf version of the original beautifully illustrated guide will help you plan your walk and give information on what to look out for en-route. Free to download.
