2019 March
Please use this link to see the AONB Partnership response to Scottish Power Renewables regarding Stage 4 Section 42 for EA1N and EA2 (25-3-2019).
The AONB Partnership response directs its comments to both EA1N and EA2 consultations unless explicitly directed at one or the other of the projects.

2018 October
Suffolk Coast & Heaths AONB Partnership response to EA2 and EA1N phase 3.5 consultation. The AONB Partnership consider that the major development proposal in the nationally designated AONB, ie at the Broom Covert site, should be avoided. While supporting renewable energy production, the AONB Partnership considers bringing power ashore and through a nationally designated landscape should be avoided.

2018 June
The AONB Chairmen wrote to Scottish Power Renewables in June 2018 to acknowledge that the Site Selection Process for the on shore infrastructure relating to the East Anglia One North and East Anglia Two wind farms identified a site outside the nationally designated AONB as their preferred site. This site selection process recognised the importance of the AONB and conforms to national policy relating to developments for major infrastructure to be sited outside designated landscapes. The letter can be see using this link.
