Volunteer Diary - Will Eden 2018

My name is Will Eden, and I am an Environmental Science student on a year out from studying at the University of the West of England in Bristol. I am the current volunteer placement student with the Suffolk Coast & Heaths and Dedham Vale Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty team.

Having studied Environmental Science for 2 years, I am now on a sandwich year out gaining work experience in the environment and conservation sector, before I return for my final year in September 2018. After volunteering previously in the year on the Little Ouse Headwaters Project in Suffolk, and Creag Meagaidh National Nature Reserve in Scotland, I was given the opportunity to work in the AONB team for 6 months from March to September.

I have written a weekly blog showcasing the events and projects of my 6-month placement, over the spring and summer of 2018. Please read my blog here.
