We have regular conservation work parties across the Suffolk Coast & Heaths, which enable you to help us carry out practical tasks in a variety of settings. You may find yourself working at nature reserves, parks and green spaces, local schools or key geological sites! Your help and enthusiasm is key to managing and protecting landscape, heritage, wildlife and the environment.
We sometimes work on projects with community and corporate volunteers, so you may be working alongside such groups. Training is offered, for example in First Aid and risk assessment, should you be interested. You work for as long as you wish and at your own pace.
Knowledge of landscape, heritage, wildife and conservation is not essential, as you can learn as you go along.
